Dancehall Episode Goes Spain 2021 - Rescheduled to September 24th - 27th 2021.

 

With the great news of normality on the horizon, where restrictions will be lifted from June 21st 2021. Dancehall Episode Lloret De Mar Weekender has been rescheduled to September 2021. The rescheduled date is 24th - 27th of September 2021. 

 

The safety of all involved is paramount, the uncertainty of Covid -19, us travelling in April and a final risk assessment has brought us to this decision.

• Option 1: If you are happy with the new dates, then no further actions are required. If you already made a purchase for a wristband including deposits your wristband will be transferred automatically. For deposits, your final payments will still need to be made, please see wristband information on the booking page.

 

• Option 2 You can request a full refund for your wristband purchased including deposits. This does not include bookings fees/ handling charges incurred.

 

 

To make your claim:

You can make your claim from Monday 8th to Friday 12th March After this period, you will not be able to make any further claims. We will only process your claim information via the link provided on www.dancehallepisode.com. No exceptions will be made.

 

PLEASE ENSURE YOU PROVIDE IDENTICAL DETAILS TO MATCH THOSE OF YOUR WRISTBAND PURCHASE.

 

• Only the person that made the wristband purchase should make the claim. No unauthorised names will be processed or contacted. 

 

• You will receive your refund within 30 days after you making your application.    

 

Please note:

If you do not claim within the time period provided, you will automatically be opted in/ wristband transferred to the new dates for September 2021.
