Bring your collection barcode with you so our team can process your collection.

PHOTO ID IS ESSENTIAL.

Screenshots or photographs of your ID on your phone will not be accepted as identification.

ARRIVING LATE?

You can collect your wristband at the entrance to the other official DHE Weekender events.

Please allow additional time for collection before entering the event.

LOOK AFTER YOUR WRISTBAND

Once your wristband has been collected, responsibility for it transfers to you. Do not remove, cut, damage or tamper with your wristband.

Your wristband must remain securely attached throughout the Weekender and may be checked each time you enter a DHE event.

GETTING AROUND NAPA

Ayia Napa is relatively compact, and many hotels, restaurants, bars and nightlife locations are within or close to the main resort area

Depending on where you are staying, many DHE locations may be accessible on foot.

For locations further away, taxis and local buses are available.

TAXIS

Taxis are widely available around Ayia Napa.

Demand can be particularly high after clubs close and during busy periods, so allow additional travelling time.

BUSES

Local bus services connect Ayia Napa with areas including:

Nissi Beach • Protaras • Paralimni • Cape Greco

Always check current local timetables before travelling.

DRIVING

Cyprus drives on the left-hand side of the road, just like the UK.

Speed limits and distances are displayed in kilometres.

If hiring a car, buggy, quad or other vehicle, make sure you understand the rental conditions and insurance arrangements. Never drink & drive.

DHE MERCHANDISE

LANGUAGE
Greek and Turkish are the official languages of the Republic of Cyprus. English is widely spoken in Ayia Napa and other tourist areas.

All DHE announcements and customer communications will be in English.

TIME DIFFERENCE
Cyprus is two hours ahead of the UK during the September Weekender.

UK 10am = CYPRUS 12pm

ELECTRICITY
Cyprus commonly uses Type G three-pin sockets, the same type used in the UK. Most UK travellers therefore won't need the standard European two-pin travel adaptor.

SUN & HEAT

Cyprus can still be very warm in September.

This is especially important during our daytime, beach and boat events.

Drink plenty of water • Use high-factor sun cream • Take breaks from direct sunlight • Eat properly • Wear suitable clothing • Look after your friends

DRUGS WARNING

Dancehall Episode operates a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal drugs.

Anyone found in possession of illegal substances at a DHE event may have their wristband removed, be refused admission to further events and/or be reported to the relevant authorities.
