What is the age limit?
All attendees MUST be 18+ and we have hosted 50th birthday celebrations due the wide demographic of our party goers. IDs may be required.
How do I purchase wristbands?
You can purchase your wristband directly from our website or via our reps and DJs.
Can make down payments?
Yes, you can pay £50 upfront deposit to secure your place and the balance paid by stated deadlines on main event page.
What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, all payments are non-refundable or transferable. Please see our terms and conditions for more details on this.
How do I obtain my wristband?
Confirmation email for wristband collection will be sent, with a unique reference two weeks before the event.
What do I do if I did not receive my wristbands collection information?

Is there a dress code?
Our theme parties are the best. Please see the main event page for the themes/ dress code.
Do I need a passport to attend?
Yes, if you are travelling to Spain from a different country. Please ensure your passport is valid as per the travel conditions of Spain. Please also check the entry for the country.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, please ensure you do this at the time of booking your flights & accomodations.
Do I need airport transfers/ shuttles?
Yes, you will need to arrange your own airport transfers/ shuttle.
There is no direct train service to Lloret de Mar; the nearest railway station is in Blanes, which connects southwards to Barcelona and northwards as far as Portbou on the commuter network. The Pujol bus company runs a shuttle service from Lloret bus station to Blanes railway station every 30 minutes. Trains heading to Barcelona leave every 30 minutes and the journey takes 80 minutes.

What is the main language spoken in Spain?

Is Lloret De Mar safe?
In general, the area is safe and well-policed. That being said, we do advise you to always exercise common vigilance whenever traveling in a different country.
Can I do illegal drugs?
Dancehall Episode has a zero-tolerance policy to illegal drugs, and anyone found to be in the possession of illegal drugs will have their wristbands removed and could be reported to the police.
