About Dancehall Episode Weekenders & Events

UK's No.1 Dancehall party goes everywhere creating the best party experience and excursion.

 

The weekenders will consist of approximately 3 nights, 2 days, UK & International DJs playing the best in Old & New School RnB, Hip Hop, Dancehall, Reggae, Soca, Afrobeat, Garage and Party Classics, with live performances and best international dancers.

 

Where are our events?

Our events take us all across the UK, Holland and Spain. Next up is Greece.

 

Where is the best hotels to stay?

We will always recommend hotels that are walking distance or within proximity to our venues. Please see the main event page for recommendations.

 

Where are the venues?

We only use world standard venues with the top-level infrastructure, including disabled access and good customer service.

 

What is the age limit?

All attendees MUST be 18+ and attendees celebrating their 50th birthdays on a regular basis as well as 21st etc. This is due to the wide demographic of our party goers.

IDs may be required.

 

How do I purchase wristbands/ Tickets.

You can make purchases directly from our website or via our reps and DJs.

 

Can people make down payments?

For our weekenders, down payments are accepted for a limited time and the balance paid by stated deadlines on main event page.

 

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, all payments are non-refundable or non-transferable. Please see our terms and conditions for more details on this.

How do I obtain my wristbands/ tickets

Confirmation emails with details about collecting your wristbands are sent prior to the weekender taking place. General tickets with reference or barcode are produced and shared by our online ticket site partners.

 

What do I do if I did not receive my wristbands collection information?

If you haven't received your email confirmation and you have made a payment, please contact us immediately:

Do my wristband cover all the events

From time to time there will be selected events not covered with your wristband. These events will be sold separately, and you will be notified accordingly.

 

Are there dress codes?

Our theme parties are the best. Please see the main event page for themes/ dress code.

 

Do I need a passport to attend?

Yes, if you are travelling from/ to a different country. Please ensure your passport is valid as per the travel conditions for the region you are attending. Please also check the entry requirements for that country. 

 

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, please ensure you do this at the time of booking your flights & and or accommodations.

Do I need airport transfers/ shuttles?

Yes, you will need to arrange your own airport transfers/ shuttle.

What is the main language spoken?

The main language spoken at our events regardless of the country we are in is English.

 

What is the main currency used?

Pound sterling (£) and euro (€) is the official European Union currency. Other

currencies can be exchanged in banks and bureau de change. DHE payment points will accept pound sterling via cash or card machines.

 

What if I have an emergency?

Please call local emergency services for assistance. For calling please use the ITU standard: 112 or 911. states have agreed that either 911 or 112 should be designated as emergency phone numbers – 911 is currently used in North America, while 112 is standard across the EU and in many other countries worldwide. 

 

Are the party locations safe?

In general, all the areas we do our events are safe and well-policed. We do advise that you always exercise common vigilance whenever traveling in a different country.

 

Can I do illegal drugs?

Dancehall Episode has a zero-tolerance policy to illegal drugs, and anyone found to be in the possession of illegal drugs will have their wristbands removed and could be reported to the police.
