TRAVELLING TO SWEDEN
By Air – Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) Sweden's main international airport.
From Arlanda Airport, central Stockholm is approximately 35–45 minutes by car or private transfer, depending on traffic. The Arlanda Express train also connects the airport to Stockholm Central Station in approximately 18 minutes.
Taxis, airport coaches, trains and private transfers are available, with various options for reaching the city and cruise terminal.
IMPORTANT – DHE CRUISE DEPARTURE
All guests must make their way to Värtaterminalen (Värtahamnen Cruise Terminal), Stockholm.
DHE recommends arriving at the terminal by 2pm, allowing sufficient time for check-in and boarding.
Airport shuttle information and additional transfer arrangements will be announced closer to departure.
GETTING AROUND STOCKHOLM
Stockholm is a well-connected city with excellent transport links, making it easy to explore its attractions, restaurants, shopping and nightlife or travel directly to the DHE Cruise terminal.
By Transfer / Shuttle – Pre-booked private and shared transfers are available from Arlanda Airport to central Stockholm, hotels and the cruise terminal. DHE shuttle information will be announced closer to departure.
By Taxi – Taxis offer convenient transfers throughout Stockholm. Arlanda Airport to the city centre takes approximately 35–45 minutes. Always confirm fares before travelling.
By Train – The Arlanda Express connects the airport to Stockholm Central Station in just 18 minutes, with onward connections to the cruise terminal.
By Bus & Metro – Stockholm's extensive public transport network offers affordable travel across the city. Gärdet Metro Station provides access to the Värtahamnen cruise terminal area.
By Car – Car hire is available for exploring Stockholm. Sweden drives on the right, and parking charges and restrictions may apply.
