We hope that you all are staying safe and well. We wanted to give you some updates as things move forward in dealing with the ease of the lockdown and preparing for your weekend in Spain. With just over 3 months to go, our trip to Spain in September is very much on its way and all our event programme is still scheduled to go ahead.
We are really excited and looking forward to seeing you all.
• All major UK airlines are open and will be operating. Some have very low rates for flights and even sales.
• From July 2020 flights will resume to Spain from UK, therefore to Barcelona & Girona Airports.
• In Lloret De Mar the authorities have reopened most beaches, bars and restaurants and things are starting to feel really good.
We understand that it has been difficult dealing with the impact of COVID-19, with tough decisions being made daily to help protect us all and move us forward. So we will continue to monitor the situation and keep you informed as we get closer to your holiday weekend.

Supporting our customers is a key priority. Our global teams are working hard to avoid
disruptions from the COVID-19 virus, while acting responsibly to do what we can to prevent
further spread. We continue to closely monitor and assess the evolving situation and will be
diligent about updating you about our pending events and excursions.
Our approach to COVID-19
DHE has an established Risk Management Program that incorporates Business Continuity Plans
(BCPs) for all social gathering. We activated this structure since the initial outbreak in China, with
team discussion and the sharing of relevant information to manage risks at all level. Our
executive staff are communicating regularly to monitor activities.
Our Staff and DJ Team
DHE is committed to providing a safe environment for our staff, their families and the
communities in which we operate. We have encouraged our team to stay at home where
possible to reduce transmission risks and to keep them safe.
Tickets, Wristbands and Merchandise
Should COVID-19 Coronavirus be the sole cause of any event not going ahead, Customers will
be subjected to a refund as per our Terms and Conditions. As we continue to monitor and update
you all, we will continue selling and supplying DHE products. We will however amend
promotional offers from time to time to meet our customer’s demands.
Our teams are working hard to minimize the risk of potential disruption by identifying diversified
second and third-tier direct material suppliers and securing additional items for providing
merchandise. Luckily, we have a good supply of merchandise in place prior to the outbreak, so
customers can still send their orders through. We do not believe our products or packaging pose
any transmission risk of COVID-19. Currently, there is no evidence to support transmission of
COVID-19 in this manner; the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World
Health Organization and other authorities have confirmed there is very short survivability of the
COVID-19 virus on hard surfaces. Over the days or weeks of shipping at ambient temperatures,
the risk of spreading the virus is very low.
We are taking steps to not only keep you informed, but entertained. Our teams across the globe
are currently coming together to create various online entertainment scenarios for us all, through
live streaming, uploads of images, videos and audio recordings. So stay tuned to our instagram,

Regarding the current ongoing epidemic and Dancehall Episode Goes Spain’s wristband purchases, all sales are final and non-transferrable. Purchaser agrees that there is no refund or exchange once a purchase is made as per the guidance provided above. Please note that location, venues, dates, times and artist entertainment lineup for our weekenders and general events are subjected to change at any time.
